Mix of Individual
and Group Therapy
Nutrition Counseling with RD 1x per Week
Day & Evening Treatment Routes Available
Outpatient Option:
1-2 visits per week with necessary team members
Treatment for females and males of all ages available.
After initial assessment, clients will craft their treatment plan with the provider.
Treatment Team Available:
